We live in Sicily, and are proud to work with our customers in discovering how wonderful Sicily is. Our highly experienced staff assist our clients through the buying process from initial viewings to completion of sale. Below are the services we offer that are included in our commission fees:

• identification of suitable properties within budget and specification
• the arrangement of property viewings accompanied by our English, Italian and German speaking property experts
• travel advice, accommodation booking, car hire etc in the specific areas that our clients are interested in
• assistance with any survey needs or legal advise
• advise with the appointment of a notary for the completion of the legal process. (Notary fees will be an additional charge)
• explanation and translation of all legal deeds
• assistance in opening an Italian bank account
• help in obtaining Italian Codice Fiscale (similar to a national insurance number in the UK but necessary for buying a property in Italy)
• facilitate with change of utility companies

Our main goal is to make the whole buying process as easy and as pleasurable as possible so that you can enjoy your new property investment. We provide a search facility which presents a portfolio of properties. This maximises the overseas buyers time when viewing properties with the intention of buying.
